Hey Chad,
I am a 19 year old linebacker at the junior college level. I decided coming out of high school that i was going to stick to baseball as opposed to football. Well, that was all good until i decided i couldn't live without playing football. My point is, while focusing on baseball, my training was much different from when i was training for football, and both my bench press and my squat went down greatly. Now that I am back to football, I am having trouble getting these lifts back up... but i just don't want to get them back up, i want them to be HUGE!!! Please spill your knowledge on gaining ridiculous strength in these two lifts!
