Hi David!
I just wanted you to know how much of a difference less cardio has made for me. I was scared to do less, especially for contest prep, but I put my faith in you and tried it and I am so happy with the change it has made! I am getting leaner with 3-4 10-15 minute sprint interval sessions, than I ever did with the 6-7 days a week 45 min to 1 hour steady state cardio sessions I did last season. I have a problem keeping the muscle so this has really helped me not to burn off all of my hard work. Mentally, I am in such a good place right now. I am sticking better to my nutrition plan, which is alot higher calorie than last year, and I am going into this next season excited and feeling great instead of worn out and wondering if it is worth all of the stress! Thank you for letting me see that there is a healthier, better way to get there. I have less than 7 weeks to go, and can not wait to see how well I do this year! Maybe I will post some pictures after the show!!! Thanks again for all of your help!!!
