The blog by the average guy.....that's what this is and that's who I am. I'm not an expert in supplementation, nutrition nor training. This blog is from the perspective of an avid Muscle&Fitness reader (me) who just wants to put the articles in the magazine to the test and see if it helps bring me closer to my own fitness goals. "Before" Pictures for Show Time 4-Week Program
Besides bodyfat and bodyweight, I thought one of the best ways to measure progress over the next 4 weeks was by using some "before & after" pictures. I'm posting the "before" pics here and then in 4 weeks we'll do it again. If I have time I'll take some weekly pics to see the gradual transition. You'll find these same pics on the "Lab Rat" video that we're editing right now. We'll try to get that posted tonight or tomorrow morning.

Good luck with the workout! Thanksgiving is coming soon, so hopefully you don't add like 5-8 pounds of fat on that day,lol Stuffing, mashed potatoes, cheesecake.. oh boy,lol.. lata
