Update to Showtime Training

OK, I haven't been on here in awhile so I apologize. It's been a busy month. I've had a lot of business travel recently and even celebrated my birthday as well.

I wanted to jump on here real quick and give an update on the SHOWTIME training. I already finished my four weeks and I'm about to post the video on the homepage and also the "after" pics. I was really happy with results that I got in just 4 weeks. This program really worked. I've done very strict diets before and this diet really wasn't that restrictive or difficult...I would actually say that this was a "real world" realistic diet....something that anybody with a normal day job would still be able to follow. I had a friend once say, "it's not like we sit in front of a protein blender all day".

The training portion of the program was great as well. I enjoyed the fast-pace of the supersets and the HIIT training. My workouts were short and sweet. On even the longest days I was able to get out of the gym in less than an hour and fifteen minutes.

Later I'll post all the before/after numbers and pictures. Check back soon.

Hey James,

I´m in my third week of Showtime Training right now and I was wondering how u manage to spend less than an hour and 15 min? I do supersets, 1 min breaks and three times HIIT per workout aswell and I always need one hour 40 min if not more. There is no talking or stuff like that involved, I swear.
What am I doing wrong???
Best regards from good ol´ Germany

Hi James. Thanks for answering me. Glad to hear that you also needed more than 75 min now and then. I like the programm and I will definately do it again within the next 6 months. Even though I followed the diet the last two weeks just to 80 %, my physique has definately changed so far. My bodyfat has decreased a little bit, veins that I never knew I had, show up (unfortunately I´m one of those guys where u don´t see the veins so much) and I look bigger than before and its just the beginning of week 3.
Do u use any preworkout booster like NO-xplode or Superpump???

Hey James,

Awesome video series! I was wondering in addition to the supplements and the nutritional schedule, what you put in your pre-workout and postworkout shakes. I want to follow the SHOWTIME workout to the "t", thanks!
