Have you had a chance to flip through the June issue of Muscle & Fitness Magazine yet? If so, you've noticed that yet again, it's chock full of effective training programs like the T-shirt Workout and the 10 x 10 Training (Achtung Baby). In addition, we added a special M&F 30-day Fitness Challenge for you to take that I designed to work in with your current training program. No need to change up your training split. And yet using the very training split that you are accustomed to using, you can drastically alter your training to shock your muscles and coerce them into growing bigger, stronger and leaner. It's that simple! Just follow along the daily challenges I have listed into your current workout for that day. Your best bet is to start with day 1 on the first day of the week that you train. Follow the challenge listed on each day that you train and skip the challenges on the days you take off from training. That is, except for the bonus challenges, which you'll want to do even on off days.

I purposely designed the challenge so that you wouldn't have to alter your current training schedule and still experience remarkable results. That's due to the constant changes the 30-day challenge throws into your workouts. You'll constantly be employing high-intensity training techniques to your workouts, such as: 5 x 5 Training, Density Training, Rest-Pause Training, Hundreds Training, 12 x 12 Training, and Diminishing-Set Training, just to name a few. And be sure to watch my video on the Diminishing-Set Training, M&F Raw! #58 - Diminishing-Set Training. So take the  M&F 30-Day Fitness Challenge, the only thing you have to lose is your body fat, while you have everything else to gain, like muscle size and strength.
